if you can serve hot food have chicken nuggets and a variety of sauces such as BBQ and hot wing sauce. Also buffalo wings are always popular. Pizza, of course and you can cut it into smaller pieces for easier eating, a variety of chips and salsa. If you have a grill handy, hot dogs and burgers with a variety of condiments. For dessert I make scotcharoos which always go over well and I can never make enough. If you want the recipes look on allrecipes.com or email me.

You don't mention why you need a teen menu, so it makes it a bit more difficult to answer.

If you are hosting a party, I would set up a buffet. You can never go wrong with pizza, especially pepperoni. However, don't forget to provide at least one cheese only for non-meat eaters.

Supplement this with several types of chips and an assortment of dips, cold and hot, mild and spicy.

An idea that worked well for my son and his friends was a sandwich "bar" Offer an array deli or pre-packaged cold cuts/lunch meats and chese. Set out a loaf (or two) of white bread (most teens frown at wheat), catsup, mustard, mayo/salad dressing, pickles, peppers, etc. Don't forget the old stand by of peanut butter and jelly :-)

If it can be devoured in one bite, is fried, portable or comes from a drive thru, most teens will be happy.

Good luck

Frito Pies
Chili
Fritos/Doritos
Shredded Cheese

Assortment of cookies

Hot Dogs (can use chili for this, too)

Store-bought dips to go along w/ the above chips, besides using them in a Frito Pie.

easy taco dip.
mix 1-16 oz sour cream, 1-16 oz cream cheese, 1 package of taco seasoning. spead in 13x9 pan (i use throw away cheap aluminum pans). Top with shreaded lettuce, shreaded cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, or any other taco toppings. serve with tortilla chips. Make and extra pan if you are expecting alot of kids. it's usually the thing to go, even at adult parties.
