How bout just eating like chips that have like alot of cholesteral or high in fat. Or you could eat chips with coke or any type of soda. Then you will get used to the fact that eating fat is kind of good for non chubby people and say,"hey what the heck" and just eat. Thats what happened to me. I always ate like chips with soda and I got so used to it but then my sister put me in a "soda diet" and now I dont drink that much soda. Im not chubby or snyhing but thats what I did when i was like big time skinny. Now Im skinny but like not chubby.

You coud start by eating high calorie snacks in between meals , things like, nuts & dried fruit. Also drink protein shake per day to which you can add more calories by adding whole milk or ice-cream and fruit.

Its no longer a nasty element to eat McDonalds as quickly as in awhile. do no longer eat it regular, yet as quickly as in awhile would not harm. i'm 15 too, and we r the two too youthful to be on a weight loss plan in any case and counting energy. that's no longer what existence is approximately. So do no longer subject regarding the energy in McDonalds or if it ruined your weight loss plan. in simple terms have exciting, rejoice with existence, and be happy! :)

Eat a lot of chips, soda pop, and snack cakes. Trust me, I know.
Oh and don't exercise. And if you really want to get fat, have 3 kids.
