Sounds like you've worked out too hard without eating for some time and your blood sugar has dropped suddenly. Otherwise your blood pressure could be effected by having drunk alcohol in the six hour period prior to the workout. Talk to your Dr. if it's happened more than twice in the last week. You could be just tired but it's not worth the risk. Even chat to your gym instructor or coach.

It sounds like maybe you were not taking in enough oxygen. You probably need to slow down some and take lots of deep breaths.

See a Doctor, you may have gone way too far over your target heart rate, be careful & get a medical opinion.

the same thing happens to me, it just means that u get overheated. to help prevent it from happening again, make sure u get something (like crackers) and drink something (water or gatorade, or something w/electrolytes) & that should help. if that doesnt help, go see ur doctor to check for hypoglycemia.

Hope I Helped!
