i also have a perm.
u need to use a mosturizing conditioner and mosturizing shampoo.
also once a week use a deep conditioner.
after u get out of the shower use a leave in conditioner.
i guarantee your hair will not be dried out.

if u havent noticed, mosturizing your hair is key in keeping it healthy.

One time i got a perm... and the same thing happend to me.. but mine was a home one and when i washed it i actually sat there brushing it.. lol and thats how i got my perm out..... But i don't suggest u doing that lol... well if ur hair is dry and brittle go to ur stylist... he/she can help u pick out some good healthy products for ur hair.. ur stylist can help u find just what ur looking for but i'm afraid that it wont get out ur perm but ur perm will look 10 times better with good products.
Good luck! and have a good day!

The only thing you can do now is get it trimmed, cut or use a conditioner after every wash. Leave the conditioner on for 5 min. before rinsing it out. Even 1 inch of a trim will make a difference.

Keep trimming and using good condtioners. The only thing I know of to get rid of a perm is sulfer. Any hot springs where you live?

There is a product called porosity control you can get it at any beauty supply store. It restores life into color treated or over processed hair.

Keep treating it with Mayo, eggs and olive oil. It will get better as it grows.
