NO diet pills really work. Read the labels carefully...they ALL say the same thing. Something along the lines of "if you take this pill with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise, you MAY lose weight." Even the so-called natural ones carry dangers with them that are not worth it.
You must have the calorie-reduced diet and exercise, and those two things will be just as effective, if not MORE effective if you don't have the weird chemicals in diets pills coursing through your system, causing heart, kidney, and liver problems. At best, the pills are a waste of money. At worst, you can suffer really awful health problems.
There's only one safe way to lose weight effectively, and that is to eat a LITTLE less (by 200-400 calories) than the amount of calories you need to use in a day. If you eat too much less, you body goes into fat storage mode, and any attempts at starving yourself will backfire, as you will get fat quickly again when you start eating again. The diet pills can have the same effect, in that they stop your body from having a normal metabolism, which is really bad news for your health, even if you are exercising and eating healthy.

i hate the way i look too and i tried diet pills, and they dont work .. after u stop taking them u have to get on a stricter diet routine or you'll gain 2wice the weight. I've also tried all natural diet pills that don't have caffene, but they had other plants that make up for caffine, which made my heart beat really fast and and i ended up in the hospital.
If YOUR not happy about the way u look, YOU have to do something about it, NOONE else could help you. people can support you and love you , but only you can loose ur weight.
instead of being on the computer, sitting down doing nothing, go play with ur dog, or little brother or sister, or u and ur dad or ur mom, go for a walk
whenever u feel hungry or are about to eat something, ask yourself are you really hungry?
if ur not, talk to someone on the phone or go out somewhere.
go start now, YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!
seriously doesnt matter what time it is, right now go stretch, do 10 crunches, then dance for like 15 min. and another 10 crunches thats 35 min. of excersize!! do ittt
you can doo it!!! i really believe you or anyone can do it!

How much do you hate the way you look? If you redirect that self-loathing into exercising and you will like the way you look a lot more... even if you don't look the way you think is "perfect" you'll be happier for the trying. There are a lot of negatives to the pills, I think. You know... long term it's easier to maintain that "good" look if you achieve it gradually through the way you live (exercise and eating) rather than an abrupt thing like taking a pill.

Now...diet pills can help, but first think about eating healthily in terms of calories and exercise. For example, eat 1500 calories a day and work out for 40 min a day.....next, if you hate your look....wear make up, dye your hair, buy a few new shirts, wear jewelry.....Target is my main source for cool stuff, purses, belts, shirts, etc...it is affordable and trendy
I would suggest seeing a counselor and a nutritionist...if you are a university student these are usually free there.
As for Diet pills, they ONLY work with EXERCISE AND DIET.....try xenadrine...I have taken it for energy and it helped me loose a little weight.
I also want you to know that a nice body takes work..and the aspect of time....don't try to see how much to loose in 2 weeks, just wait for two months....the intial weight loss si usually water anyway.....and do nto beat your self up!

You know, normally I go into my little speech about the Cambridge Diet (because I'm a huge advocate of it) but now I say just go to the website below and click on "Before and After". I'm the very first photo. Read my Success Story and see if you feel this would work for you.

No ..excercising is better ..start out easy by walking .. and that will build your metabolism up to get you to do more and loose weight.. also if you have been stressed or drepressed .. try taking meds to help you with that ..
