People need scapegoats to distract the attention from themselves, my friend.
Muslims have become the scapegoat for the Western world.

There are more than 2000 lining up for suicide vests. and with 1.5 Billion you think I would hear them renounce the violence a bit more. Why didn't I hear you put down the Mujahideen? It is that Islam forbids you from speaking out against Muslims?
Yes, let us judge Christianity for it's crimes as well. Let us do away with it all.

Ahmad, you speak of things that happened in other lifetimes. Thanks to our God many things are known now, well researched and learned from. You are right that many people are judgemental against Islam, when our God tells us we have no right to judge and is not our place. There are ignorant people everywhere and in every religion, and even those without religion. Spirituality is another issue. People with spirituality in most religions seem to be more tolerant of others beliefs. But my concern, and I believe what angers so many others against Muslims in general, is that when there is violent speach and actions by other Muslims, your respectable brothers are mostly silent. I mean, yes, we hear individuals speak out that these actions are wrong, but most of your leaders are silent. An example is of the recent action against the word of the Pope (I am Christian but not Catholic). If you read his speach (which I did) you will understand he was only trying to instill thought about certain assumptions people have and maybe they should be re-thought. It was not a slam against Islam, as misconstruded by the press. But the reactions from Muslims was one of hatred and instilling violence. I have not heard any of your leaders renouncing the violent heretic of these facists, and is in reality only proving what the Byzantine Pope so long ago asserted! And then we see so much violence from Muslims, including brother against brother, that in this day and age, when most of the rest of the world enjoy humanitarian freedoms, this violence is uncomprehendable. Please, and I think I speak for the majority of people around the world, PLEASE speak up and have your brothers and leaders speak out to deplore this type of behavior! And then live your life in peace and love and show it to the rest of the world, and then maybe one day others will catch on.

I live by a simple philosophy. Don't judge anyone, but hold everyone accountable for their own actions. Christians should not be punished for the crusades neither should the masses of muslims be punished for the actions of a few.

It's not for me to judge. I agree people should look at the other side of the coin before going off on a tangent. It's fear that makes them lash out at things they know nothing about.

I do not judge anyone. It is not my place to be a judge of someone else's beliefs. All I can do is share my beliefs with them. If they accept it, great, if not, okay.
