Rejection really sux a lot. Not that i have ever been rejected by a girl. As you get older it becomes much easier to talk to the opposite sex. I have some great friends who are girls and I hav no problem talking to them. When it comes to asking a girl out tho, then it does become nerve racking because you are opening up your self to be hurt, by being rejected. But as the saying goes, "where there"s no risk, there's no reward". Hope this helps.

Most of the time yes. When a guy has to come up to you and initiate a conversation, he has left himself wide open to rejection and/or humilitation. It is nice to know that girls are nervous also.

The fear of rejection is not a gender based phenomenon. We all feel it and it is only through time and experience that we learn to overcome this fear and to approach the opposite sex. Just remember we all feel fear and we all hate rejection. But unless someone takes the first step we will never dance.

yes on both counts, onn rejection guy fear that more then girls do I think. The guy has to put himself out there to ask a woman out. So he's way out on a limb when he asks you out, and you have all the power at that time to say yes or no his heart is in your hands thats a scary thought.

I think everyone is scared of rejection. It all comes down to how an individual deals with it that seperates 1 from the other... regardless of their sex.

Yes, but the nervousness disapates with age. When your young, you hate the thought of rejection so you rarely engage. As you get older, you realize that rejection isn't that big a deal. You live, you learn.
