You can have him court-ordered to take a paternity test. Just do it. You'll sleep better.

You will still need his DNA to compare your other boys' DNA to. Just remember, you're ex and you contributed to your children's DNA. So just get a court-order... some counties would require your ex to submit a DNA test especially if he's contesting child support.

why would he refuse? wich of you is qst? you can have it court ordered if it deems necassary. though beleive you me if it isnt. leave well enough alone. persay it is for child support if you have the kids he has no option in paying. with or without a dna test. he can prolong paying by requesting one himself. then it will get done. dont no why you want it cant really anwser. well i guess i can lol no you can not test both boys and not the father too see if they have the same father. he needs to be tested for accurate results.

Yes, if you tested both boys you could test if they were brothers or half borthers. I'm not sure where that would leave you legally though, if you wanted to prove somethijng, they'd probably still want an actual paternity test.

Yes. but why would your ex refuse to take paternity tests unless he knows he is the ather and doesn't want to pay more child support.

At least it would prove the both had the same father. The next time you see him get a few of his hairs.

If child support is involved, the court will order him to take the test. If he refuses, he will be imprisoned.
