Volkswagon TDI Dealerships in CA or Neighboring States.?

Looking to find either a Jetta or Passat TDI wagon under $20k.

by the way, the TDI is allowed in California. It has to have at least 7,000 mi or more on the vehicle. There are tons sold here in this state.

You won't find it in California as it's not allowed to be sold there.. and if you buy it elsewhere you still can't register it in Cali...
