No. You need both names unless one has the power of attorney for the other.

YES and NO . Yes if there is an "OR" between the names. No if there is an "AND" between the names. If there is nothing between the names it would be the same as "AND" and you would need the signature unless she is deceased, in which case(dont get any ideas)you would have to produce a death cert.

Only if you are in a state that has an "OR" title like Arizona, or a death certificate for one party.
Most states require all parties involved to sell the car.

Unless the title has "or" between names, you both need to sign.

im pretty sure that has to do with the word in between your names on the title. If it says Mr AND Mrs. then you both need to sign. If it says Mr. OR Mrs. then either of you could do it alone.

Does the certificate say: "and" or "or"? If it says "or" then either may sell the car. If it says "and" then both parties must sign off on a sale.
