Your father's check probably includes money for your support and if it does, he is commiting serious fraud for not supporting you with that amount each month. You must be a full time student. If you have your and his social security number, just go to the local office with your student ID and start there. If you don't have your father's social security number, go to the courthouse and talk to the clerk of the court. They can advise you on legal help and what to do. Remember, you must be a full time student.

It depends on the state and the type of disability he's receiving. If it's social security, if you were under the age of 18 and a full time student when he was approved to receive it, then you may be entitled to assistance scholastically. I would talk to your father and ask him to find out if there's any assistance he's aware of through his disability for you.

I think you need to be residing in the same household with your Father as a dependent in order to receive disability payments

if your father started to recieve the checks when you were under 18 then you should have gotten them for support for you. They may have come in with his though. If you are still in secondary school (high school) then you should also be able to recieve them untill one month before you graduate.
