There is the 8 count drill in this months Golf Magazine. Your back swing is 1, your down swing is 2 except you deliberately miss the ball and repeat this three time without pausing at either end, Now 7 is the last back swing and you lean slightly forward and hit the ball on 8 you last downswing....Repeat ,,,,Read the current golf Magazine. Your pause at the top is cured. Freddy C leaned to live with his pause at the top and did okay

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.
You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

start your swing from the top,no backswing, just raise the club to parallel and swing.hit 500 balls.this will get you used to the feeling that your backswing is just a way to get the club in position for a swing.

Maybe you are concentrating too hard when on the course.
Just relax and let your body-memory do the swinging for you.
Enjoy your game.

hey, the game is supposed to be fun. look at it like that. you arent getting paid to play. so when i spend my own money i damn well enjoy it. it was mine and i earned it to make the choice to play or not. take time to stop and smell the roses. look at the countryside and if not look over to the next hole or behind u and watch the guy that plays worse than you do.
