No, it's not quite enough. You should have some fruit (grapes, apple wedges, or melon are good choices) and maybe a tall glass of orange juice. Also, toast and jelly (unless you are on a low carb diet). A bagel or biscuits can be substituted for toast and jelly.
The eggs should be cooked to taste--scrambled, fried , over easy--either hard or soft.
As for the sausages--if there is pork in it, they must be well done with no pink in the middle. The best is to split one open and make sure it is hot and juicy in the middle. How long just depends on several factors. Is it frozen or thawed; cooked stove-top or in the oven...?

After the eggs are ready, I usually put the sausage in to cook for about half an hour every morning when I give my GF breakfast in bed.

Cook them until their done, (their is no set time-frame because everyone has different tastes and preferences). Add toast and a beverage and this should do fine if you are cooking for a normal eater. If you are cooking for a he-man, add some grits, another egg and extra sausage.
