looking at myself in the mirror...no pimples, so, nope, it doesn't cause acne

Nope, will not cause pimples. Gets the blood pumping, so might actually do you skin some good.
The only side effect of masturbation is that you have a slightly lower sperm count for the day after but it doesn't sound like thats a problem.

The side effect of masturbation is you tend to be real relaxed afterward. Why would you think it causes acne? Do the sexually active people you know have pimply faces?

no, pain/discomfort if done excessively, that is akk, trust me. 8 times in 2 hrs, just gets a little painful, but goes away the next day.
