I find it's in the eyes. Some people are nice all the time but if they really like you, you will see it in the way they look at you. Sort of that sick, puppy dog look. Also, they talk softer to you than others. On the other hand, if the guy is pre-teen he will probably punch you. Girls remember things like that and make them suffer later after the marriage.
