A visa won't work anywhere anymore. You have to have a passport. Starting January 2007, you need a passport to go from the US to Canada or Mexico, so I guess the correct answer to your question would be "no".

Hahaha, I wish you really knew what it felt like to have to have any kind of paperwork to just go somewhere you felt like going. This is something that "most" of us Americans never have to worry about.

So far only the US has been there, but Europe is planning to go, I understand.
You don't need a visa.
