Does precipitation occur in the desert evenly throughout the year,or does it happen all around a certain months?..

I can't seem to find an answer to this question...

That depends entirely on what desert you are talking about. Most deserts have strongly seasonal ranfall but many do not.,

During the wet monsoon deserts get most of their rain. During the dry monsoon deserts get little rain. That is assuming the desert gets any rain. There is a desert in South America that gets (basically) no rain. It can be said to get its rainfall evenly distributed evenly throughout the year.

You can have flash floods in the desert because you can get nearly a year's supply of rain in one storm. The next year you may get no rain. These are extremes. In a "normal" year, their is a "rainy" time of year and a dry time of year. But a freak storm could happen at any time of year.
