Caffeine is very easy to extract from caffeine pills. It is one of the most common experiments in an intro college chemistry class. You can google the procedure, just look up "caffeine extraction" and see what turns up.
btw, lethal dose of caffeine is 10 grams. One cup of coffee has about 100 milligrams. you can do the math from here. Caffeine poisoning is extremely unpleasant, though, so I wouldn't attempt to OD on it if I were you.

What planet are you from? We drink powdered caffeine in many forms. In sodas, teas, coffees... in different strengths and amounts. If it's illegal on your planet, then don't come back to this one again... or teach us how to stop and what you substitute for it.
I take a version of caffeine called Guarana. I take it in pill form. You can get it at any GNC.
