It will be a long day every day! I don't WANT to sit on a cloud and play a harp. Will there be virtual computers, virtual food, virtual pets, virtual friends and family? Some say this is true!

It won't be virtual; it'll be 'celestial'. :P

I plan on haunting a few houses, hiding people's keys, showing up in prophetic dreams, poking Goth kids when they aren't looking, crashing a few seances, maybe doing a gig as a spirit guide once in a while. They'll be plenty to do. And if not, you can always come back for a do-over.

Dear Juliette,

I do not know where you have gotten your ideas from but at the end of the world (Judgment Day) time will be no more! Now, depending if you are a sheep (saved) or a goat (unsaved), there will very different eternities. The Bible tells us for the sheep (saved), they will be in the highest bliss and happiness and there will be no night there, neither death, nor crying.
For the unregenerate (unsaved) they will eternally be under the wrath of God! The Bible states that the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever. It also states that the worm dieth not neither is the fire quenched. For the unsaved there will be no hope of a pardon! There shall be weeping and knashing of teeth.
May I refer you to my references for further info.

We will have wings and fly from planet to planet. We will sit down with the savior and listen to his many stories. Our spirit will delight in his presence. We will drink from the river of life. We will just be happy all the time. We will never cry or be sad. We will evolve knowledgewise to supreme beings. We will respect and enjoy animal life and plant life too. The animals will not bite us or hurt us in any way. We will be with family and friends and constantly be learning and enjoying new daily adventures and travels.

You mean you know it all! There is always so much more to learn. There are schools and books with which to study. Why would our minds cease to grow? just because the physical body has died.

Juliette,
We will take on the mind of Christ, right? It's God's nature to create, yes? I figure that we will do a little bit of that, as well as praising Him continually.

So I desire those things, I don't pretend to understand it all, but I look forward to them.

Tim LaHaye said there would be no oceans. That confirmed things for me right there--if I couldn't surf, what would be the *point*?

I don't know about you, but when I die, IF I go to heaven there are some people I have missed dearly that I will want to find.

Thing is, there aren't even "days" as you know them. Just one big long "day."

Don't knock the harp until you try it. There are spots for trumpeter too, though.

There is no time in heaven, and I guess it will be a surprise as to what we will do.
