Recently I asked a question if anyone knew prayers or mantras to Sri Lord Shiva's Sacred Cobra. Someone named 'Gary', felt I should read some scripture about Jesus Christ. Well, I wasn't asking about Jesus Christ. And I wasn't interested in why I should be searching for him. It was a waste of my time. I don't want to be a Christian, or worship Jesus.I worship Sri Lord Shiva, and His Sacred, Beautiful, Mystical Cobra. Anyway, that's all I have to say to Gary, and about his answer. Thanks.

Hey I just answered your question about the cobra but I saw your question posted three times. It will be in one of those then. I totally understand what you mean. I was reading some of the other answers to this question and it just goes to show how ignorant and small minded some people are. It happens to me when I ask questions about Hinduism too. Well, to answer your question, some people have a big ego which makes them think that only they know or experience God. They think that their way is better and they look down on other religions. I believe all religions lead to one God. I got so angry when I just read someone's answer saying that Lord Shiva is not real and another one saying that Lord Shiva is a stone. They don't realize that it's all symbolic. If someone defaced a statue of Jesus they will be insulted because it's also symbolic to them. How do people expect to attain God when they look down on others and criticize them?

It's because people like Gary know that only Jesus Christ is the Savior, and because you are asking the question in a public forum where virtually anyone can answer and saying nearly anything.

Just arrogant asshats that have no tolerance for anything else and won't look at it so they get confused if anyone else does. Not all of them mind you, look at how helpful "Will" can be. I wish all Christians could be like that.

I'm sorry, did you want a Christian answer here?

Good luck with that Shiva thing by the way.

It's an open forum. Perhaps he was exercising the same rights as you of free speech. Honestly, I'm surprised this is the best source of information you have. That's kind of pathetic.

Because sri shiva is not real dude. It's just a statue someone made. Jesus was real. He is truely God. He is the maker of the universe. Shiva, vishnu, ganesh are all just statues created by man. None are real, none hear your prayer, none can answer you. That's pretty sad. Jesus is alive, he is real and he answers his children. btw I am indian and I learned the truth. I hope you do too.

I applaude you!!!

When someone asks for answer by a specific group - I stay away out of respect. However when they are bashing my beliefs than I will stand up for myself.

Good post! Great points

Some people here do the same thing to Pagans or Muslims or atheists, too. It's really upsetting.

If it is your religion to worship Shiva's snake, wouldn't you already know the prayers?
