The skin around the pubis mound, the area beneath the "down hair" is very sensative. A test patch might be a good idea, but quite frankly, given that the number of people who will see and appreciate it should be fairly limited, I don't think you should go to the trouble.

why don't you just get rid of your "down" hair and then you won't have to worry about having two different colors of hair...
