I'm facing a dilemma here y'all. I have a wonderful 17 year old son named Stuart who works after school and weekends at the Wee Wok Chinese restaurant in the town where we live. He's a sweet boy who's had self esteem issues and due to his obesity and acne problem.
Well, I came across his diary this morning and had a peek. Stuart wrote that he likes to masturbate into the bucket of soup they have in the fridge at the restaurant. He wrote that he sneeks the bucket of egg drop soup into the bathroom in the back and will masturbate into it.
I'm not sure what to do. He's a sweet boy, and this job has been wonderful for him. I don't want to say anything to him because I don't want to embarrass him and I don't want him to lose his job.
And besides, I don't think anybody would notice anyway because egg drop soup has them white stringy things floating around in it anyway. What people don't know won't hurt em. What should I do?

This is just too much for me. I was not going to answer it, but thought that it is my moral responsibility to offer some sort of advice.
He is your son and you don't want him to get arrested for this, so this is my suggestion.
One day when your son is at home pretend to be on the phone talking with one of your friends and say into the phone "You're kidding, that is scary, they did What?.. Jail?" then after you pretend to end the fake phone conversation look at your son and say that your friend_________ just told you that the police just busted a guy who was urinating in the soup at (Make up a restaurant). and continue to say one of the workers saw him and reported him and the police arrested him, because apparently it is considered customer endangerment, because they don't know if the guy has aids or any other disease. So the district Attorney is pushing for a prison sentence. Then conclude that you are not going to eat at that restaurant again."
If you do it right you will scare your son into knowing that he could face felony criminal charges. this should make him stop and you will not have to tell him that you read his diary.
After a while you cancheck his diary again to see if he made an entry of stopping.
If that doesn't work, I am not sure what else you can do.

First thing, is I cannot believe a parent asking this question on the Internet. Second, I would have a hard talk with him and tell him what may happen if he gets caught, and get him professional assistance right away. He is going to keep doing it, then he will wind up with a lawsuit and jail time.
This is not normal. This tells me that I will not go to another Chinese restaurant again.

I am a previous club and restaurant manager, and I would freak out if I knew something like that went on in a facility that I managed.

I'm sorry but that is the most disgusting thing anyone could do and get away with it....i've worked in the restaurant business in the past and i know how the food preparation area can be unsanitary at times but this by far takes the cake...your son needs to be confronted and told to stop doing such disgusting deeds. I wonder how delicious a glass of lemonade would tasteto him if he didnt know it was prepared with piss...do unto others what you would have done unto you...bottom line ....get ur son HELP!!!!

That is disgusting! Would you like to eat someones egg drop sperm soup. What is his whole reasoning behind it? If the job is so great to him, why is he being ungrateful and disrespectful to the job? You seriously need to talk to him, he will get over it. Tell him you will report it if he doesn't straighten up. Just think what would happen if anyone finds out, the place could be shut down and that family would have nothing. Your son needs help!

You have to do something, that is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe one day you should take him out to lunch at the restaurant he works at, and order the soup. I would love to see his reaction!!
