Only if you rinse with holy water. (To make doubly sure, I usually have a glass of milk right afterward from .... yes ... a holy cow!)

I've never heard of holy soap but the answer is no. The only way to wash away your sins is to accept Jesus as your personal savior and ask for forgiveness.
