I am allergic to fresh fruits and veggies. Most of them i cannot eat anymore because my throat closes up. But i am not getting enough fiber in my diet. Can someone suggest something for me to do or use to get more fiber?

Take a fiber supplement. There are several OTC fibers now that are grit free and tasteless that can also be added to your regular foods. Benefiber is clear tasteless and no grit, Fiber Choice has chewables and hard candy fiber supplements. There are many many more.
