i need a good diet plan and exercise pplan to lose ten pounds in one week

here's a plan: forget it. it's not gonna happen. you will not lose 10 pounds in 6 days healthily.

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.

On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.

The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!

Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.

Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.

Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Watch what you eat. I mean this literallly. Watch every bite. Stop before you feel full. Drink water in between to confuse the senses.
This may be useless to mention since its common sense but will say it anyway, cut out dairy, junk food, mayo, white bread, white anything, sweets and eggs.
Your best meal should be breakfast, but here too, eat toast, oats, bran cereal, semi-skimmed milk.
Lunch could be yoghurt and an apple. If you feel hungry (and with this diet plan you will be lucky if you dont feel dizzy!) then snack on pre-prepared carrot sticks, cucumber, apples again.
DONT touch the bad stuff, especially as evening wears on and your body will torture you for food.
Have a very light dinner, three hours before bedtime. Preferably a salad, or if you have to have meat, then a piece of baked fish, or turkey. Follow up with fruits.
Walk at least 1/2 hour a day, around the neighbourhood.
You WILL notice a change very soon. It may not last as this is way of eating is difficult to keep upto, but you may achieve your short term goal.

you could do a very low calorie diet with 30 mins at the gym everyday but the most u will lose i a week is 6 lbs, but thats also depending on how tall u r and how much u weigh

you can maybe, MAYBE, lose 3-5 pounds in a week. but that would take a lot of exercise, ex running 12 miles a day. eating only about 1000 calories everyday. eating only vegetables and drinking only water.

my diet plane is :
breakfast : an egg or afruit +a medium cupof yougart
lunch : 1/2 akilo of boiled vegitables ( exept carrot) + green salad +2 piecies of meet or 1/4 a chicken or a tuna can
snak : a fruit
dinner : a cup of yogourt or an egg + afruit and green salad

please pick me as the best answer

nb: dont fri any thing just use water and spices and onion and tomato
dont drink things with sugar

if you want to excersise to lose some pounds, then make a steady chart and STICK TO IT! Don't let friends disturb you unles they are willing to help! eat the right foods and no candy this week. fruits can supply your craving for that chocolate bar. just try to stay focus and work at it for about 45 mins each day. have fun!

This is too fast to lose that much weight and continue to be healthy. Forget it in that time frame but start now and lose 10 pounds in a longer time period.

don't eat... you can get away with eating yogurt in the morning and a small salad for lunch... and nothing but water. exercise a whole lot... its going to hurt. you stomach will feel like your about to die.
