Okay I have extremely BAD allergies right now! What have any of you tried and actually helped, without the side effects of drowsyness, regarding to allergy medicine you can buy over the counter for allergies. I mean everything of allergies: Sneezing, water faucet nose, sniffles, itchy red eyes, tingle in the throat, dry cough, you name it I got it! ALLERGIES!!!!! HELP PLEASE!!!!

Your immune system is compromised.
Avoid chemical intake, including drugs/pharmaceuticals, Aspartame and Caffeine are also great for destroying a healthy body.
There is a relatively new science which deals in particular with the repair and maintenance of the immune function. It is illegal to name the relevant products, but I will be happy to send you some information if you like.

I agree that if it's this bad, you should see a specialist.
Try to get the stuff you're allergic to out of your environment, if you can. And wear a painter's mask if you have to work outside (mowing the lawn, for instance). That has saved my husband and me tons of misery!
Take vitamins and drink lots of water: That should boost your immune system at least. Get an air cleaner of some sort to remove the airborne allergens.
I hesitate to say anything about either medicines or herbal suppliments without knowing what you're allergic to.

Claritin has an OTC now. Try that. You shouldn't have the drowsiness as you would from Benedryl. NasalCrom is also good as a nasal spray for allergies.
