You can palm roll your hair once every month or month n a half or so... I do mine myself, but it would be nice to go to the shop for a treat sometime..
Try not to overtwist or do it too much.. You don't want your hair getting thin or breaking... How long have u been locked?

You have to have your locks tightened as your hair grows.

don't brush- comb gently when hair is dry.
