I am 20 now and I miss most the lack of any concerns at all, also time was going by so slowly. I remember being a teenager and so desperately wanting to be 18 (i live in Romania, this is the legal age) so that my parents would treat me differently, and time was sooooooo slow... and since I was 18 the last 2 years went by like a speeding F1 car... and now I really realize that life is so goddamn short! These are things one never thinks about as a child and now every week they are on my mind. And the only way to get them out of my head is to keep telling myself that I'm "only" 20 and it's a long time to go... and then I look at my sister, my parents, my friends from high school and things will never be the same again. So I guess that this is what I miss most about childhood... the lack of any existential problems, no real interest in civic, social and world problems... I miss just being a kid... the simple fact of being a kid

The fact that time was never an issue... I had all the time in the world, to do whatever I wanted (unless mom said "time to clean your room") Now if there wer 30 hrs in a day, I still wouldn't get everything accomplished!
I also miss the innocence, I miss being naive! Life was so much brighter then!

I miss not having to work and worry about paying bills. Something I took for granted as a child

I miss the CareFree life of not having to worry about Adult problems.
And I wish that I TRULY understood what " Don't be in a rush to Grow up" really meant at the times when I heard it. I may not have fought so hard for to break away and have so much independance (That little to my knowledge was bound to come/happen anyway).
Thanks for reminding me of Good times & Thanks for letting me share!

I miss not having to be so responsible. Getting to do fun things and not worrying about what I didn't get done, just having a good time and being carefree!

I'm still considered a child! I'm 11! But when I'm older I'll probably miss a lot of things.

I miss the days of not having to pay bills and taxes, and having someone else do all the cooking.
