Do you know why some hardcore christians say it is a sin to play cards, dice or gamble? Because these were 3 of the main activities the romans entretained themselves with back in those days. And since romans kille christians, then christians eventually made anything that resembled roman behavior a sin (including throwing christians to the lions, but lucky us they dont do that anymore)

So ummmm, in a hardcore strict way yes it can be a sin, in the logical, it's benn 2000 years so get over it way...no I dont think it is a sin.

No. My christian parents play cards all the time. Why should one not be able to sit at a table and have good clean fun with family and friends.

Thats what you get for being in a church of fools. They smash each and every exciting in lifestyles. Its not a authentic sin in any respect even, the pastors merely associating it with playing (which isn't suggested interior the bible so a processes as i understand)

Probably. Everything fun is outlawed in the Bible. Except procreation, and you're supposed to feel guilty about that. Isn't gambling supposed to be "sinful?"

if your talking about ones that tell about the feature like physic then yes who do you think gives you that power, satin, demonds. and if your a christian and are planning on entering the kingdom of God ( Hevan) well why would you do something of the devil, because his kingdom is (Hell). Simple and short bro, if you like christ you will go to his father kingdom, if you do anyother way you will go to the place of that.

no, but gambling is another story.

However, a card-playing addiction can be considered idolatry...if you put playing cards above devotion to God, then in a way you are worshipping the card playing, and putting it before God when God said "You shall have no other gods before Me."

Yes, since it is an act different from giving money to the church.
