i'm making some pasta salad w/ olives and cheese... lemon pepper chicken, some asparagus.. stir fried w/ butter.... and some garlic toast.. i think i might make a french vanilla cake as well... you?

I am making chicken, mushrooms and roasted red peppers on top of angel hair pasta, topped with a white wine sauce. Then I am making roasted Asparagus on the side.
Just kidding, I am actually making Taco's :-)

Steak with sauteed mushrooms and onions, crab cakes (home made), home made (not bread machine) rosemary and garlic bread, with some glazed carrots. Probably no dessert, we'll be too full!

Mmm sounds good. Celebrating tonight--passed my big math test. (Silly yes,but even passing this class is miraculous!) We're having beef enchilladas with local cheese and my own smoked jalepenos in them, mango black bean salad, and coconut ice cream.
