Likes and dislikes? Which method is best and longest lasting? I'd prefer personal experiences over sending me a link for a tooth bleaching website. Thanks.

We use ZOOM where I work - an inhouse bleaching system. It works really well and can make your teeth up to 10 shades lighter. It is more expensive then the take home bleaching, but it's quicker and more effective. Our patients apply de-sensitising mousse on specially made trays for a week before they have the procedure done, to minimise the sensitivity during the bleaching.

My moms friend did hers at home and she got in huge trouble. I think her teeth fell out or something. I would have it done by a dentist. Thoughs new white strips are out and they're supposed to be really good. talk to the dentist. that would be the safest.
