It doesn't really hurt as long as you take it nice and slow in the beggining. Lower yourself on to him and move up and down or side to side. If you know how to use your "muscles" then you can really drive him crazy. Besides the feeling he will love the view of you bouncing. Its a lot of fun, but if you are weak in the knees then make sure to have a pillow under them then you can last much longer. I have fun with it. Also he could help you...pushing you down on him as you go up. That will probably be what will happen if he has done it before. Don't worry whatever you do it will be awesome. its better for both ive heard girls its spose to hit the G spot better and feel better and they have better control i dont think it hurts and you basically just lay the guy flat and the gurl strattles him and there ya go you can stay sitting up or lean over either way it still works....
