neosporin lip teatment, or mentholated chapstick work really well for superchapped lips. i usually just keep chapstick with me so i can prevent those really chapped lips.

Neosporin-LT is the best for the chapped lips, better than Karmax, Blistex, or Chapstick; I have tried all of them and the Neosporin is the best (as well as most expensive.) Lysine is supposed to be good for herpes (cold sores).

Blistex is the best for chapped lips. Try Lysine for other sores.

stop kissing ***. Try salt warm water chap stick.
If that doesn't work cook a turkey based in loads of alcohol when its done throw it away and drink the gravy
