never mind the hypocrite father, most republican are ......... if the war were to drag on another 5-6 years, the draft is the only option left, let's see how many crappy father like that will support the war bush started and how many of them will be heading to Canada with their kids.
my god, this isn't a war on terror, if anything this is a detour from the war on terror. if your kids were to die in Afghanistan ........ fighting Taliban and al qaeda, they would have died for something.but this war was started based on a lie ...... no wmd were found and there is absolutely no links between Saddam and alqaeda. call me unpatriotic ......... but tell me this, what is this war about .......... bringing democracy to the people of Iraq ........ what a load of crap!

Well I don't know what went through his head I can emagine the look though..I don't SUPPORT Bush, but I do SUPPORT the TROOPS..I have a son in Iraq now and I will ALWAYS SUPPORT OUR MILITARY..I wish they would bring them home ..But I know it's not going to happen and no ones knows how a mother, father, wife or husband feels unless they have someone fighting overseas,it's the hardest thing to deal with knowing that is my only child over there..I just can't support Bush..

1. Because he knew you were being facitious with him.
2. This man most likely likes to challenge people, since he overtly displays his beliefs on his bumper.
3. Some things are best left unsaid. The results will speak for themself. Two dead kids and he loves Bush for it. Makes a lot of nonsense, but so it goes in this world. Until it hits home.

That was an ignorant comment you made, thats why!! I support the war, I also have an" I support our troops" sticker on my car, if someone said that to me, I'd give them some "looks" too!!I have a young son-- would I want him to "go to war?" No, of course not!!! Yet if thats what he chose to do when older , YES, I would fully support HIM!!!

Since you seem to know this man has two sons and their ages, how is it that you really knbow so little about him? Perhaps his sons are already in the military. Perhaps one or bothhave been wounded or even killed, protecting people like you from things you cannot even imagine. If you really want to know what this war is all about, go there. Then, if you survive, you will be able to answer your own question.

Let me guess, he was driving an SUV? I just think that Barbara and Jenna need to be shipped off to bootcamp quickly. I'd like to see them over in a set of desert cami's. I don't support the war, nor do I support the President, but I do support the troops.

I agree with the first three responses (and several of the others, too). Yes, you were very offensive. Evidently you knew this person, you knew how old his sons were, so you shouldn't have said that. Apologize to that man.

You offend a lot of people. And I don't believe you ask anyone anything in real life, because if you asked half of what you spew in Yahoo you wouldn't have any fingers to type with. Have a good day sir.

Bush ran and was elected based on emotional issues, not rational ones. Trying to rationalize with the line level Bush supporter is futile, as their reasons are not based on rational thinking, but on 'values' and 'faith'.
