just say hi, or let him know what you think of him. give him a compliment but don't go overboard by gettin all over him or he might think you're a little uhinged.
check out what he's wearin' and compliment on it, but make sure it's a sincere remark, or if you catch the scent of his cologne and you like it, let him know, but again be sincere.
or if he's readin a book or somethin that you've read before, tell him a little about it, or ask him what he thinks about it so far, look for something to start a conversation with him and slowly work on it, just don't push it or you could scare him off.

Show that you are confident, walk your best strut when you walk, make sure to extend you legs, to have a long line. Always smile, keep lip gloss on your lips, and when every you speak, so something smart and a little sassy, not ditzy.
