I met this girl with a hotrod nova over the internet, I don't know much about her or about relationships, I know a lot about cars though. She lives in the same city that I do. I don't want to ruin this opportunity, We could make beautiful muscle cars together!

There is no harm in meeting this girl and getting to know her in a public place. Chances are if she has a car like that, she's interested in cars too. Just take things slow, chatting about a lot of things, just not cars. If you don't risk, you'll never know!
