1. Just because you didn't sign it doesn't mean the ticket is void. Your signature is a promise that you will contact the court within a certain period and make some sort of disposition. They can still put out a warrant for your arrest.
2. Suspension? That will depend. If there is a reciprocity agreement concerning traffic citations between the two states you could (I stress, could) have your license suspended.

Gotta love computers.... You can bet that Mass will report your ticket to CT. If you don't pay your ticket, Mass will ask CT to follow thru (fine, license suspension, arrest warrant, etc.) Pay the fine and keep a receipt!!!

no, not for a speeding ticket, but if you lose your license or when it needs to be renewed they won't give you a new one. If Mass issues a warrent then they can arrest you a the DMV when trying to get your license and if you get in trouble in Mass you will go to jail

Nope, your license will not be suspended. Go back into Mass. and get stopped for a burned out taillight, you will go to jail for a outstanding warrant for your arrest. Stay out of Mass. for 8 years !! Good Luck!
