I have a 12 year old and I know she is interested in boys although I've told her she is too young to have a boyfriend she still thinks it's ok for her.
I think when you are old enough and mature enough to make the right decisions that will not impact your life in a bad way.

wait till you are 16 and older. you are too young emotionally. there are too many pressures that come along with having a boy/girlfriend. i dont think a 13 year old is able to handle things like that.

Wait as long as you can. When you are a young teenager it is much more fun to hang out with your girlfriends.
