Tommorow for school I am planning to fry some egg whites and make a sandwich with cheese. If I put it in a lunchbox with a frozen juice, will it keep till lunch (which is about 4.5 hours later?)

So, should I fry my egg the day before and put it in the fridge so It'll be cold, or should I fry it that morning?

I use olive oil which is reasonably healthy :)

Think it would be better if I put the egg in a wheat soft fajita shell instead?

Your bread will become slight soggy,
try making the egg whites with cheese , put in a seperate container and put your bread in a ziplock. Then at lunch combine it .
I dont know about you , but I hate soggy bread.

It will keep fine as long as you keep it cool but it sounds disgusting! Maybe you could consider boiling the eggs instead? That way they won't make the bread soggy or greasy and they will be better for you too.

In short, yes. But let the eggs cool before closing the sandwich.

It'll be fine, but I agree with the above comment, I would keep them seperated until just about to eat, so your bread doesn't get gross. :) Have a great day at school and a good lunch.

Use a pita bread and it wont get soggy and put a small ice pack in it to keep it cold.

I think it will fine, but maybe keep the eggs in a baggie so your bread won't get soggy.

If it was cold to begin with (in addition to the frozen juice), I'd have no problem with it.

seems like it should work. maybe try keeping things seperated & make the sandwich later.

that could be dangerous, especially if your dealing with an egg. you might get really, really sick. i wouldn't suggest it.
