hit Devine Medical's website (www.devinemedical.com i think). they're distributors and handle such prices. I got myself a littmann master classic II recently for as little as 80 bucks, shipping included.

now, I think the above answer is a bit fancy. to be honest, it may be the 'standard' for med students in the US but to be frank, when you're barely learning murmurs and crackles and whatnot, you won't distinguish subtle details that littmann cardiology sthetoscopes are for. master classic II or even the lightweight or the classic II SE, which are darn cheap, do the job.

www.AllHeart.com

Littmann Cardiology III for $140
This is the standard recommendation for most medical students, etc. It's good for listening for murmurs, etc, and way more than you would need for BP.

There are a couple of grades above that are also offered at a good price. (Masters Cardiology, Cardiology STC, etc.) Or you can downgrade to midgrade Littmanns, but they're usually considered the "best" brand out there.

As far as online ordering, AllHeart pretty much can't be beat. If you know the specific model you're looking for, you can search on www.Froogle.com. Or you can search for a used one Ebay if you're willing to take your chances.

Try eBay, I got a brand new Littman Cardiology for around $100. You can get cheaper ones too that are good.

Don't you usually get what you pay for? So cheap would mean cheap-right? Is that what you want when your talking about medical needs?
