for example, when im outside in the dark coming into my house, ill think of like somebody coming after me with an axe, and and il think of a sniper shooting at me.. then if i go into the house alone, il think theres somebody in there waiting for me. if somebodys there with me i dont feel this way, but i just think its weird.

well, it's not pathological paranoia, many people get that.it's a sense of insecurity that you have about yourself.maybe you're overdoing the axe and sniper things a bit...try to be more realistic about it.rational even :) think of it this way : who would want you dead?be calm.this answer will not get you rid of the "paranoia", nor will any other answer.that'll go away in time.this is just useful info.good luck ;)

u're just afraid of being by urself. just leave the lights on & try relaxing w/ a good book or soothing music. i wouldn't worry about it unless it's interfering w/ ur social, work life to the point that u can't leave w/o getting panic attacks.

No, I think this is pretty normal. Normal fears anyways. Maybe you do watch too many scary movies though and your imagination is overly active.
