My biological mother is a Jehovah witness. She refers to other witnesses as brothers & sisters.

They call themselves "Witnesses" that's it.

I never knew until I recently became friends with a person who used to be one. All I can say is that if God treats us the way the witnesses treat their own families, we'd all be better off in hell.

Beside Brother and Sister, there is also the expession "The Friends", used by ones who've been JW's for a long time.

My mom and her siblings (JWs) refer to other JWs as Brother ... or Sister ...

To the JW who said "Christian" I have to ask How can that be since JWs say Jesus Christ was the angel Michael?

Christian does NOT mean "nice" person. It refers to people who have accepted Jesus as their LORD and Savior.
