Usually the best ones are the ones that are more visually appealing charts, graphs, and pie charts; especially if they are in moderately bright colors. You need to perform an experiment with quantifiable results then show them and how you got them.
A live element can be good but not if your sister's cat eats it the night before the science fair. ;)
