The only way to get to heaven is to be repented and forgiven. If you abide in his words truthfully, and had your devotions and gave your best to your knowledge. You can make it to heaven. You don't have to belong to a church to go to heaven. You can be stuck in the wilderness and make it to heaven as long as you followed that little voice inside of you that says "don't do this,or that". A church is not just one place in one city. Its the true saints of god that form a church, no matter where you may be. so here's your answer, only the true saints of god.

Some Christians do, others don't.
Some Muslims do, others don't.
People who love do, people who hate don't.
People who are sure they will go to heaven and so they give up on being good people can never go to heaven.
People who never get convinced that they are completely free of spot and stain and sin, who keep trying to live righteously and keep trying to bring more love into the world are the people who end up dying in a state of peace. They might go to heaven.
Never become convinced that you can't show a little more compassion than you did yesterday and you will have the best chance that any of us can have. Stay humble. Always work. Never hate. Never say you are better than another person. Then you have a chance.

No, others get there for other reasons not all together clear in the NT. But look out these are the end times and HERE COME DE JUDGE to Israel and He is mad at the enemies of the jews and the blood will get as high as the bridles on the horses.
Watch out for lies these days, Islam is trying to turn Jesus into a muslim. But if they were reading the new testament they cannot mix the two together.
Hang on it may be a bumpy ride

According to the Bible, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life. So, no one could get into heaven without him. However, even with him, most will not go to heaven. God made the earth for man.

Only those who accept Jesus Christ as their LORD and Savior will spend eternity with Him. Unfortunately not everybody who calls himself a Christian actually is a Christian.
Heaven is a prepared place for a prepared people. If people aren't interested in having a relationship with Jesus Christ in this life then heaven would be hell for them.
Have you been born again?

According to Christians, yes. Catholics beleive that anyone can be converted and saved, and those who turn down salvation will go to hell (they postulated that unbaptized babies and people who the catholics haven't discovered yet just go to purgatory)
The original Prodestant veiw is that your destiny is fixed (heaven or hell) before you are even born. However, Prodestants also say that those who are destined for heaven will be better people and recieve more of gods grace (be more succesful) As a result you get communites of Prodestants striving to acheive in order to prove to their neighbors and themselves that they are god's chosen.
This concept has been toned down in recent years, Prodestant heaven has become far more open to the public.
