this person got married on a baptist churcu this is not his religion can he get married again on another church of diffrent religion to someone else?

well a marriage is a marriage no matter where or when was done. So with the bible in hand, the answer is nooooo.

Different churches have different rules. Some are pretty strict (e.g. both people have to be members of that church), but there are plenty of churches that will happily marry any couple that can legally marry.
