Well although you may not have the innocence of a virgin i would have to say technically yes you are. But dear if you keep going at this rate you wont be for long. I know how hard it can be to stop in the middle of a passionate moment. If you want to be a virgin that bad you have to save yourself, all of yourself. If your virginity isnt necassarily that important and you were just wondering than yes any doctors exam will prove that there has been no actual intercourse...good luck to you!!!:)

No, you are not a virgin anymore because there was penetration. There is no test that can prove whether or not someone is a virgin. A doctor can look and see whether or not your hymen is in tact but this is not an indicator of sex. Many woman are born without hymens, have sex without breaking their hymen or break their hymens in other ways such as riding horses, climbing fences or masturbating. I broke my own hymen masturbating. Really, a physical test whether or not someone is a virgin is so medevial. It's not like there are long standing physical changes that occur from becoming sexually active. Don't worry about it.

Honey, if you are not sure then you need NOT to be having sex with no one until you are 100% mature and ready to accept an adult relationship. Furthermore, technically you are still a virgin....For now. But you should really, really think of the big picture: Are you ready to have a child if by chance he actually "goes all the way". Also, How about if you get an STD (Sexually Transmitted Disease) are you mature enough and able to get the proper medical attention. Another thing....My dear, if you are planning to or even thinking of having sex with your boyfriend or whomever you should visit an OB/GYN doctor ASAP to get on birth control pills as well as information to keep you safe and healthy. You can also call a "PLANNED PARENTHOOD" in your area that will help you.....Best of Luck!!!
Be Smart........Be Wise...........Be in control of your own body!

Any kind of penetration from a man pretty much means that you're not a virgin. The only test that could prove virginity is to have a doctor do an exam to see if your maidenhead was breached or broken.

Why don't you stop now? Save your virginity for the man you will marry some "X" amount of years from now; would be a beautiful gift for him...
Then again...go to your gynecologist, or grab a mirror.
Doesn't take a rocket-scientist to see if the hymen is still intact.
But in the meantime, keep your legs together and focus on building a relationship from the brains above your shoulders, and not below your hips. You'll thank yourself 20 yrs from now.

well technically, if he stuck any part of it in, you are no longer a virgin. hate to tell ya that. and as for everyone saying that the hymen has to be broken before you are considered not a virgin, they are wrong. your hymen can be broken by either being fingered, or even by using a tampon during your menstrual cycle. it does happen. and as far as having to bleed your first time having sex is such a crock. Not every female bleeds the first time.but yes if you do go to your doctor he can tell if your hymen is still intact and is also able to sew it back together if you really want it to be. hope that helps.

A doctor can tell you whether or not your hymen is intact, but that really doesn't prove virginity. I never bled when I lost my virginity; I don't have any idea when (or even if) my hymen was torn. Some girls are born without one and many break theirs via other activities. If there was penile/vaginal penetration, then you're not a virgin. If there wasn't, then technically you are. Only the two of you really know what happened.

You're not a virgin anymore. If you mentioned that your guy climaxed on his way in, they would probably be saying that you're not anymore. Either way, he put it in, even if only a little bit. To use the hymen as a guage of virginity is a bad idea. Many virgins have a broken hymen from doing physical activity other than sex. So it's not fair to say that just cause yours is still in tact, that makes you a virgin.

There is no test that can determine 100% if you are a virgin or not. Not even a doctor. Not all women bleed and that is a fact. There is only one person who knows if you are a virgin still or not and that is you. Only you know inside if you are. Talk to your boyfriend about it, he might be able to help you.

There is no "test" and even examination by a Dr. isn't always accurate. People can have sex without damaging the hymen and people can not have sex and the hymen can be damaged. Bleeding has nothing to do with it. If fact I don't know anyone who actually bled when they lost their virginity. If it went in at all then you are technically not a virgin.
