Should I get them? I have medium blonde hair with some light blonde highlights.
I asked this question yesterday (for the first time), but Yahoo! Answers removed it saying I broke a rule. If you can tell me what rule I violated, I'd love to know. Thanks.

Personally I'd say no; your eyes as they are are far more striking and unusual than blue eyes would be. You would be denying a terrific, natural feature.
And eyes... if something goes wrong with the contacts, you only get one set of eyes. Why take a chance with the beauty you already have.

Well the fact that Yahoo declined is retarded. But anyways, I would say if you enjoy blue eyes then do it. If they are only contact lenses then dont worry becuase then if you dont like them you can return them. How about trying a trial pair and see how you like those and how other people like them. Thats the nice thing about contacts. Try em' and see what you think. BUT....you have very pretty eyes right now too.

Everyone wants what they can't have. Your eyes are beautiful naturally. I wear green ones and have dark brown eyes. I don't ever tell anyone they are my natural color when asked though. There is nothing wrong with wearing them for fun. Be aware though, if they are prescription, they take a lot of getting used to since they float around your eye.

Your eyes are a beautiful colour they are exactly the same as mine and everyone says they are my best feature..I have always wanted blue eyes as well..you can try them but they might hurt..I dont know what rule you have violated..someone is probably jealous of your eyes because they have squinty eyes or something.

I do not know what rule you violated, but I would not change the color of your eyes with contacts. You have beautiful eyes.

Your eyes are gorgeous! You can try baby blue contact lenses if you want a change for awhile. I am sure you will look gorgeous with or without them!

nah, you have pretty eyes...do you know how few females have green eyes like that??? Forget the blue...if you want to enhance the the natural color of your eyes...add some red undertones to your hair-color...There's not a man alive who doesn't think redheads are sexier than blonds.

Yes you broke community guidelines,a violation for personal chat.Pathetic isn't it? I think you would look lovely with those contact lenses.A little word of warning,my partner used to wear contact lenses and they damaged the whites of his eyes,they cut into them.He was told if he wore them again he could lose his eyesight.Just be careful with them.take care(and he used to work for a contact lense firm,he is not daft).

Why do you think blue eyes will make you feel better about your looks? It seems a bit false to me.
Girls are getting fake boobs, fake nails, fake tans, fake eye color, fake hair, fake teeth, fake hair colors... and then want to be loved "for who they are."
You should spend your money on the book called "Now, Discover Your Strengths" by Donald O. Clifton instead of getting fake eye color.

You have absolutely gorgeous eyes! They remind me of an ocean wave when the sun is shining throught it. Lucky girl!
Go ahead and get your colored contact lenses. It's fun to change if you can afford it. I don't see any harm in it at all.
