I say you should take her on a date and show her what it would be like to have a bf at her school and how good you would treat her. Maybe that will persuade her to break up with the current bf and date you, but keep in mind that she probably cares deeply for this guy to be with him under these circumstances. So be careful. And at the end of the night, kiss her on the cheek or give her a small peck on the lips to let her know you're interested in her like that. It will make her think. Lay low for a day or so, and see where it goes from there. Good luck!

Your already making your move by being her friend. If that what you really want to be. So your on the right track.
If its just matter of sexual attraction, and, only you know that, then you shouldn't be in such a hurry. You sound like your fairly new at college. There are plenty of girls around relax and enjoy the buffet. The girls should be doing the same thing also.
This should be the best time of your life, enjoy it...Cuz real life is waiting in the wings..

You missed the opportunity a long time ago. If you want to get "with" a girl you should never hang out with them during the day and be like buddies with them, because once they think of you as a friend you lose the sense of danger and mystery that a romantic interest would have.

You should give her boyfriend and her the respect of not making a move until they are officially broke up. No one likes to be cheated on and it wouldn't be right to do it to him. Talk to her and see what she has to say about him but remain friends until they are apart.

Not when she is still with her boyfriend....... that will be stupid! just be cool, talk to her about him and then tell her that there is a person that likes you but knows its not a right time for you or something just be nice, kind, and smart with it.

Don't make a move until they break up. you wouldn't want any guy to touch your girl before you broke up. Stay away until they're done.

Straight away. She may want a man to be able to break the old relationship, and if it isn't you it might be someone else.
