First of. When did you last see a whale walking down you high street. And second. The reason why whales are fat. If you were to swim in water that is cold enough to have ice floating on the top 24/7. and be slim. You would freez you bxxxxxks of. Would you not. Whales live in the ocean. You have to realize, the ocean isn't exactly the warmest place. So #1 - the blubbler keeps them warm, it acts as insulation and #2, its also boyant, which makes it easier for a large mass to move around. It helps them float, since they do have to breath air.

whales arnt fat, theyre weight compared to theyre size is normal, tney are just huge!!!!!!!!!!!
