I believe what you're looking for is NO² gas. The only way to get medical grade NO² is from a medical professional. I don't think that they can legally get it for you.

Um, N2O is nitrous oxide- used for whipped cream. NO2 is nitrogen dioxide- used to make nitric acid (EXTREMELY dangerous acid).
